At ZENY Beauty Studio, your satisfaction is our top priority! We understand how important your hair is to you, and we want you to leave our salon feeling absolutely amazing. If you're not completely happy with your experience, we’re happy to make any necessary adjustments to ensure you love your look. Our goal is to build a lasting relationship with you and become your go-to salon!

No Refunds – While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to make adjustments within 10 days of your original service.

Redo Services – We cannot perform a redo if you or another stylist has made any changes to your hair after your appointment.

Service Guarantee – To ensure the best results for color, keratin, or extensions, we recommend using the professional products suggested by your stylist.

Corrective & Complex Color – Some transformations may require multiple sessions to achieve your desired result. Your stylist will let you know if your goal cannot be reached in a single visit.

Color Disclaimer – We cannot guarantee results if you have used box dye or if certain medications affect your hair.

Late Policy – If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate the full service scheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

ZENY Beauty Studio requires a credit card to hold each reservation. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation a 48-hour notice is required. Please call (386)-450-8356

If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 to 48 hours, 40% of the service will be charged.

In the event that you do not show up to your appointment, cancelled or reschedule, your scheduled appointment, (YOU WILL BE CHARGE THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE) no refunds will be issue.
